Finance and Administration Department

Finance and Administration Department operates since 2010 and includes the following activities:

  • Finance
  • Human resource and Administration
  • Economics

The department supports technically the work of the director of the museum as well as the specialized administration. It provides services to citizens and legal entities.

The employees plan, manage, coordinate and control the internal administrative and financial operations of the museum. They also maintain the depositary of the museum.

The department is responsible for administering personnel regulations and rules with a view to ensuring that the Museum is served by competent and motivated staff. It is also responsible for general administration, which includes shipping, insurance and inventory management control.
It ensures the communication with state and municipal institutions and contacts with suppliers and customers.
